We will promptly address any questions you have regarding bank account, batches and/or statements. Make sure you have your Merchant Number available for the operator. If the operator is unable to answer your questions, they will open a ticket which will be routed to our Service Team for a resolution.

Terminal Helpdesk – 1-800-228-0210
365 days – 24 hours a day
Again you will need to supply your merchant number to the representative. The terminal Helpdesk will assist with terminal downloads, partial downloads and troubleshooting of your POS equipment.
